ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of empowering resources on 
employee performance at the Plantation Office of Musi Banyuasin Regency. The 
research method used is quantitative method, data collection techniques used are 
interviews, questionnaires, library research. The results of testing the effect of the 
independent variables on the dependent variable are carried out using the t test. 
The results of statistical calculations show the value of t count = 3.325. By using 
a significance limit of 0.05, the calculated t value is 3.325 > the t table value is 
1.6577. Then Ho is rejected and accepts Ha. This means that the hypothesis 
which states that the variable of human resource empowerment has a significant 
effect on employee performance is accepted.
