ABSTRACT
This research aims to examine the influence of motivation and work attitudes on employee performance at the Ngunang Village office, Sanga Desa District, at the Ngunang Village Office, Sanga Desa District. This research used a population of 35 respondents who were employees at the Ngunang Village Office, Sanga Village District. The method used to collect data was a questionnaire. This research is included in quantitative research through the use of multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of hypothesis testing for the motivation variable (X1) shows the t value > t table (3.128 > t table 2.040), then Ho is rejected, meaning that there is a partial influence between motivation on employee performance at the Ngunang Village Office, Sanga Desa District. Meanwhile, the results of hypothesis testing The work attitude variable (X2) shows the calculated t value> t table (2.081> t table 2.040), so H0 is rejected, meaning that partially there is a significant influence of work attitude on performance. So from this case it can be concluded that there is a partial influence of work attitudes on employee performance at the Ngunang Village Office, Sanga Village District.
