Abstract
This research focuses on the influence of competency and work environment on employee performance with motivation as an intervention variable at PT. Kirana Permata Muara Enim. This research uses a quantitative research design with a survey method with a descriptive approach. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis with a model similar to Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using Smart PLS (Partial Least Squares) software. The results of research data analysis conducted on employees of PT. Kirana Permata Muara Enim has an influence of competence on motivation with a T-Statistic value of 2.825 > 1.96 and a P-Value of 0.005 < 0.005. The influence of the work environment on motivation with a T-Statistic value of 3.505 > 1.96 and a P-Value of 0.000 < 0.005. The influence of competency on employee performance with a T-Statistic value of 2.354 > 1.96 and a P-Value of 0.019 < 0.005. The influence of the work environment on employee performance with a T-Statistic value of 3.018 >
1.96 and a P-Value of 0.003 < 0.005. The influence of the work environment on employee performance with a T-Statistic value of 3.018 > 1.96 and a P-Value of 0.003
< 0.005. The influence of motivation on employee performance with a T-Statistic value of 14.227 > 1.96 and a P-Value of 0.000 < 0.005. From the research results, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of competence, work environment, performance and motivation.
