PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI DAN KERJASAMA TIM TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI KANTOR DESA ULAK PACEH JAYA KECAMATAN LAWANG WETAN

Abstract

ABSTRACT

This research aims to determine the effect of communication and teamwork on the performance of employees at the Ulak Paceh Jaya Village Office, Lawang Wetan District. The sample uses a saturated sample. The data collection method used was by giving questionnaires to employees of the Ulak Paceh Jaya Village Office. Data were analyzed using the Quantitative Method, namely using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, determination analysis, t tests and f tests with the help of SPSS 25. for Windows software. The results of the research show the influence of communication and teamwork on the performance of employees at the Ulak Paceh Jaya Village Office, Lawang Wetan District. The coefficient of communication and teamwork has a positive sign indicating a unidirectional relationship, with the words communication and teamwork having a significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination or R square number is 0.496, which means that 49.6 percent of employee performance variables are influenced by communication and teamwork.
