Pengaruh Kompensasi Dan Komunikasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Koperasi Unit Desa Teratai Biru Desa Peninggalan Kecamatan Tungkal Jaya

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of compensation and communication on employee performance at the Teratai Biru Village Unit Cooperative, Peninggalan Village, Tungkal Jaya District. This research used a population of 37 respondents who were employees at the Teratai Biru Village Unit Cooperative, Peninggalan Village, Tungkal Jaya District. The method used to collect data was a questionnaire. This research is included in quantitative research through the use of multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that compensation and communication have a positive and significant effect on employee performance partially and simultaneously.
