Abstract

The Influence of Human Resource Quality on the Effectiveness of the Implementation of Tanah Abang Village Government Policy, Batang Hari Leko District. The sample used a saturated sample. The data collection method used was to provide a questionnaire to the Tanah Abang Village Government, Batang Hari Leko District. The data was analyzed using the Quantitative Method, namely using validity tests, reliability tests, regression analysis, correlation analysis, and t-tests with the help of SPSS 25 software. for windows. The results of the study showed a unidirectional relationship, in other words the quality of human resources has a significant effect on effectiveness with a correlation result of 0.707 indicating a strong relationship.
