Dampak Realisasi Program Proteksi Perlindungan Keselamatan (K3) Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan Medan Art Work Di Kota Medan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the realization of the occupational health and safety (K3) program on the level of employee work productivity. By analyzing the realization of the occupational safety protection (K3) program and work productivity with descriptive quantitative analysis. Data collection techniques with observation, questionnaires, literature studies, documentation studies, and interviews. Based on the data obtained from the results of this study, it shows that the realization of the occupational safety protection (K3) program has a very significant positive impact on the work productivity of Medan Artwork employees. The correlation coefficient value is 86.4% and the results of the hypothesis test show a t count of 18.651 which is higher than the t table of 1.998.
