Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of coordination on employee performance. The study was conducted with a descriptive quantitative approach on employees of Nabila Beauty Salon Medan. Data collection techniques used observation, questionnaires, literature studies, documentation studies, and interviews. Based on the results of the data analysis obtained, this study shows that coordination has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The correlation coefficient value of 42.4% indicates a moderate relationship between coordination and performance. The results of the hypothesis test show that t count of 3.275 is higher than t table of 2.014, which means that coordination has a significant effect on employee performance at Nabila Beauty Salon Medan.
