Abstract
This study aims to determine the performance of employees of CV. Kreatif Media Gemilang. By measuring the impact of human relations and human capital on employee performance. Data collection techniques with observation, questionnaires, literature studies, documentation studies, and interviews. This study is a causality study with a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that Human Relations does not have a significant impact on employee performance at CV. Kreatif Media Gemilang. While Human Capital has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV. Kreatif Media Gemilang. Meanwhile, Human relations and human capital have a simultaneous impact on employee performance at CV. Kreatif Media Gemilang.
