Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Work Facilities on Employee Performance at the UPT Ulak Paceh Health Center. This research uses a quantitative method, this research is related to the Employees of the UPT Ulak Paceh Health Center, the data sources of this research are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, observations and literature studies. The population in this study is Employees who work at the Ulak Paceh Health Center, the sample in this study is 42 respondents using Saturated Sampling , which is a sampling technique by using all members of the population as samples. The data processing technique of this study uses SPSS version 25. Based on the partial hypothesis test (t-test), the t-calculated value of the t-table > was obtained which was 7.268 > 2.018 and was corroborated by sig. t of 0.000 < 0.05 which means that Work Facilities have an effect on Employee Performance.
