Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of job training on employee performance at the Sungai Keruh Sub-district Office, Musi Banyuasin Regency. This study uses a quantitative method, for employees of the Sungai Keruh Sub-district Office, the data source for this study is primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, observations and literature studies. The population in this study were employees of the Sungai Keruh Sub-district Office, the sample in this study amounted to 31 respondents. The sampling technique was random sampling, the data processing technique for this study used the assistance of the SPSS version 25 computer program. The results of the study on the t-test (hypothesis test), obtained a value of t count> t table, namely training (7.232)> 2.040, meaning that there is an effect of job training on employee performance at the Sungai Keruh Sub-district Office, Musi Banyuasin Regency. Job training on employee performance has a very strong relationship, amounting to 0.802.
