Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and work environment on the performance of employees of the Musi Banyuasin Regency Communication and Informatics Service. This research uses quantitative methods, this research was carried out on employees of the Musi Banyuasin Regency Communication and Informatics Service, the data sources for this research are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation and literature study. The population in this study were employees of the Musi Banyuasin Regency Communication and Informatics Service. The sample in this study was 77 respondents. The data processing technique for this research uses computer assistance from the SPSS version 24 program. The results of this research show that organizational culture (X1) and work environment (X2) influence employee performance (Y), this is obtained based on a correlation value of 0.691 with a significance level of 1.000, which means that organizational culture, work environment and employee performance have a strong relationship. In the f test (hypothesis test), the calculated f value is (33.895) > f table (3.12), then organizational culture (X1) and work environment (X2) if tested together or simultaneously have a significant simultaneous effect on employee performance (Y)
